우리 야구팀 White Tigers가 내쇼날팀을 맞아
홈런 2개를 허용하면서 5:4로 석패하였습니다.

내쇼날팀은 Senior학생들 (한국 나이로 대학교 1학년 봄학기)라서
처음부터 쉬운 상대는 아니었습니다.

우리는 1회에 2실점을 하고 2회에 3실점을 하여 많이 뒤진 상황에서
2회말에 소중한 1점을 얻고, 3회에 3점을 얻으면서 바짝 추격하습니다.
그러나 시간제한 때문에 4회말 경기가 종료되어 분루를 삼키며
5:4패배에 승복할 수 밖에 없었습니다.

선발로 나갔던 투수가 무려 5실점을 하자 투수를 교체하였는데
구원투수 정준호(주장)이 끝까지 잘 던져서 더 이상 점수를 주지 않았습니다.
박상걸, 양재원 백승윤 이호윤 선수의 안타는 참으로 멋있었습니다.

오늘 우리팀에 박성진, 이석훈 등 2명의 선수가 합류하였습니다.
먼길 비행기 타고 오느라고 고생 많았지요.
우리 야구팀을 위하여 계속 기도하여주시면 감사하겠습니다.

White Tigers lost the 8th game 5 to 4.

I regret to announce that unfortunately, White Tigers, GVCS baseball team lost the 8th game of the "Bay Area Baseball League" in Houston, Texas, USA.

Actually, we, 12 or 13 year old boys were motivated too much to fight seniors.
Please don't be surprised; The ages of the players of the opponent team, "Senior Nationals" were over 19.

Although we lost, we played with tremendous spirit.
We will rise to the challenge the team again in June, and will win that time at any cost.

We will have the 9th game this Friday at 8pm as a night game.
