어제(금) 오후 우리 야구팀이 서울의 영동중학교와 겨루어 5:3으로 이겼습니다.

영동중학교는 서울 강남에 위치한 야구 명문학교로써

서울시교육감배쟁탈전 우승팀입니다.

상대팀 선수들은 최강팀들만 모이는 서울시대회에서 우승하기 위하여

강훈련으로 다져진 실력있는 선수들이었기 때문에 만만하지는 않았습니다.

문경 시골에서 한양으로 올라가 우리선수들은

처음에는 조금 불안하고 흔들리기도 하였지만

경기가 진행되면서 금방 자신감을 되찾아 좋은 경기를, 펼쳤습니다.

엎치락 뒤치락 하는 긴장의 순간들이 있었지만

우리팀은 여러분의 기도에 힘입어 결국 5:3으로 승리를 거두게 되었습니다.

우리팀은 여름방학동안 서울에서 계속 전지훈련을 하며 시합을 갖습니다.

우리 선수들을 위하여 계속 기도하여주시면 대단히 감사하겠습니다.

White Tigers, GVCS baseball team beat Young Dong Middle School 5 to 3 yesterday (Friday).

It was a hard-fought game because the opponent team was so strong to be the Championship of Seoul Student Baseball League. However, the players were not disappointed but did their best to overcome the crisis. Eventually, we came from behind to pull out a 5 to 3 victory.

I would like to count the players contribution, particularly 2 boys, Sung Jin and Seung Yoon. During the game, Sung Jin pitched very well, and Seung Yoon got a clear hit to change the stream of the game.

We will have some more games during summer vacation in Seoul. Please keep supporting us and praying to God.
